Add some more functionality rather then just text and images. A small blog app, a calendar app, add forms or edit forms. Add pages with SEO Friendly URLs. Ability to add a navigation(not a main nav). Something like that.347 votes
We’re starting work on “Widgetizing” Pagelime in August.
Allow people to create a blog for a site with PHP enabled. Additionally let users edit and create posts straight from PageLime, without having to log-in to a separate application.233 votes
Yes – we’re still working on this, but we’ve scrapped most efforts that we couldn’t support long term. I’ll try to post more on the blog. Blogs are database driven and we’re flat… it gets tricky.
Now that are you finalizing the iPhone app, please consider also an Android Version. And please make the possibility of translating this apps in other languages like, in my particular case European Portuguese124 votes
We’re releasing the iPhone App next month. After that we will get right to the Android app, and then an iPad app!
As we are not all based in USA then some addiitonal currencies would help. We are in UK so GBP would be good, but I guess just adding EUROS would cover most of us outside USA.21 votes
We’ll do this as soon as we can configure our gateway to support it.
In the gallery there is a Publish Gallery link for use with XML galleries. Can we get a way to disable this if our site's gallery is created using other gallery methods17 votes
Currently, if you edit a div with a certain width in pagelime, the editor makes that 'div' stretch all of the way across the page. The same thing happens with text, so the editing is not an accurate representation of what is really there. I suggest that the editor should automatically resize itself to the same dimensions of the real object.10 votes
Great idea – we’ll try to get this worked into one of the next few releases.
When you create folders in the Manage Images section, and then you click on a folder, it doesn' t say anywhere on the screen which folder you're in. If you have a lot of folders, that could be confusing. Also, the image folder list on the left should show subfolders, maybe with a +/- option to display subfolders or not.9 votes
We’re working on an overhaul of the image gallery. It’ll be 100% more awesome… this is definitely something we’ll keep in mind.
While I love the service. Support is quite difficult via email. It is delayed and seems to be bouncing between the two of you. If you had a ticket system (for paid users only) it would allow you to keep track of support requests and fulfill them more efficiently.5 votes
We are updating our support channel and looking into a support ticket system
Fair point – but we do provide a “show log” button right below, and the log shows a lot of more descriptive info. In most cases the problem revolves around a missing FTP Home Directory, or a missing index page file name in the Site Settings. We’re working on an overhauled site settings form for that reason. (Check our blog :)
I would like to see a Dreamweaver Plugin for code insertion much like the now defunct inContext tool built into DW CS4. This tool did check code insertion for accuracy and was pretty much foolproof.2 votes
John! We want it too! But dreamweaver plugin development is really hard and we have no idea how to do it. We’ve tried to find freelancers who can do it all over the place, but so far no luck.
It’s on our radar, and if you know someone who can do it – send ’em over!
